CONTEXT

One of our clients was looking for a Sr. Level Executive from Tiles industry with expertise in  procurement excellence ideas that he witnessed while dealing with their clients in Real Estate. The end client was a real estate developer

OUR WORK

As it was a short tenured engagement on hourly basis, we mapped few C level executives, currently working with building materials industry, we asked for references and got contact details of passive retired candidates for the role.

OUR IMPACT

•After interviewing 6 professionals, we finalized one with 2+ decades of experience in Sales, Business Development, Distribution Channel Management & Sales promotion from a Tier 1 Tiles manufacturing company.

•Expert has worked as DGM – Key Accounts and has handled multiple long term agreements with real estate developing companies from supplier side.

•As it was a live project the expert was onboarded in 12 days post completion of all the formalities.
